We are based in Ilminster, Somerset and charge a delivery and collection fee from our base in TA19. Travel fees will be charged at 50p per mile.

We aim to deliver and set up your props on the morning of your event or the day before (depending on access). Collection is the following day. If you require an extended hire of the props, we may have additional charges.

In order for us to deliver and collect across the whole of the South West, we have set minimum hire values dependant on the distance from TA19.

Up to 20 miles (excluding travel & styling fees) – £150.00
Between 20 – 50 miles (excluding travel & styling fees) – £350.00
Over 50 miles (excluding travel, driver time & styling fees) – £500.00

We do not have a showroom; our collections are carefully stored and packaged to reduce space and expenses. This way we can keep our costs low for our clients.

Yes we absolutely do, we offer Venue Dressing Services including Bespoke Styling, On the Day Setups & Venue Co-Ordinating & Management of the day. Get in touch for tailor-made quotes.

Upon the booking process, a 25% non-refundable deposit will be required to secure the booking.

Once you have confirmed your items, you will receive an itemised quote which we await your approval. Once approved we will send you the formal invoice. A 25% non-refundable deposit will secure your booking. The remaining balance of the invoice will be required no later than 30 days before your event date plus the damage deposit of 25%. On transfer of the holding deposit, you are actively agreeing to our Terms & Conditions.

Yes, we require a damage deposit of 25% of the total hire price. This is due 30 days before your event date. We aim to return your damage deposit via BACS within 2-4 working days subject to all props returning in good order.

No, we are not VAT registered, there are no hidden costs or surprises.
