We offer bespoke venue styling services to our couples that are looking to eliminate the pressure of having to do any DIY styling on the day. We offer our creative expertise and assist in enhancing your ideas and visions and bring it all to life, making it even more incredible on the day by adding our styling flare.
What you get:
  • One hour phone or zoom call consultation discussing your vision in detail, to determine which designs and/or props would best suit your venue by creating an impactful beautiful result.
  • A bespoke styling plan of all décor and props discussed.
  • Up to 3 hours of ‘On the Day’ styling of all decor, props & additional items that have been discussed in your styling plan (additional styling hours can be arranged)
  • Styling shall either take place the day before the event, or the morning of (this shall be arranged prior according to venue access/times and general planning and styling logistics)
  • Travel expenses are charged additionally

We offer a comprehensive wedding design and venue styling service for couples that may need a little extra assistance in both the planning of the design as well as the styling of the venue. This combination offers peace of mind that your day is beautifully designed and all the styling and setting up is taken care of.
What you get:
  • One hour phone or zoom call consultation discussing your vision in detail, to determine which designs and/or props would best suit your venue by creating an impactful beautiful result.
  • One hour venue visit (if required) to execute all plans by outlining all the details, layouts & logistics of the day.
  • Bespoke styling plan/mood board to assist you in visualizing what we have discussed including any images of props, décor and/or additional items.
  • One hour phone or zoom call consultation to discuss and finalize all the loose ends as outlined in your styling plan prior to the big day.
  • Up to 3 hours of ‘On the Day’ styling of all decor, props & additional items that have been discussed in your styling plan (additional styling hours can be arranged).
  • Styling shall either take place the day before the event, or the morning of (this shall be arranged prior according to venue access/times and general planning and styling logistics).
  • Travel expenses are charged additionally.

Co-Ordinating

We offer the final piece of the puzzle, the one who co-ordinates and successfully manages your big day. Our ‘On the Day’ co-ordination is designed to seamlessly manage & co-ordinate each step of the day, allowing you to feel rest assured that all the behind the scenes are being taken care of.
What you get:
  • 3X One hour phone or zoom call consultation discussing all the important key factors of the day such as the timings of your schedule, on the day supplier co-ordination, logistics of all the behind the scene elements that create and make your day seamless.
  • A one-hour venue visit (if required) to execute all plans by outlining all the details, layouts & logistics of the day.
  • A fully detailed ‘On the Day’ coordinating plan which allows you to visualize exactly what is planned for which part of the day in the order we have discussed.
  • Handover of all your pre-booked suppliers and continuation of communication 4-6 weeks prior to your special day.
  • On the day itself, I shall arrive earlier to liaise with all relevant suppliers, ensure all details are perfect as discussed & thereafter make sure your day runs seamlessly until the very end.
  • Up to 12 hours on the day wedding co-ordination (additional hours can be arranged).
  • Handling of any unforeseen occurrences swiftly and discreetly.
  • Travel expenses are charged additionally.
